Release Notes – ReconPro iOS Client 2.9.3

New Features

  • Adding text and image notes to vehicle parts and additional services of price matrix services
  • Settings: the Auto Logout option has been added
  • Inspections: showing pre-existing services in a separate group on the Approve screen

Fixed Issues

  • It was not possible to close service request in the ReconPro HD version.
  • In the ReconPro HD version, the work order Summary screen was decreased after tapping the Total Sale field, and then swiping to the previous screen and back.
  • The total amount on invoice printouts was not calculated correctly, if invoice contained services with the Percentage price type.
  • It was not possible to scroll down the long list of damage sizes for selecting the ones at the bottom.

How to join a Zoom meeting

AMT customer service department uses Zoom to provide real time assistance. In most cases we will send you a Zoom link by email or in any other way. Here is a step-by-step guide on how to join the meeting.

  • Click the Zoom link to open it in the default browser.

If Zoom is not installed on your computer or device, Zoom download will either start automatically…

…or you will be prompted to click Save File to download Zoom.

  • After Zoom has been downloaded, click Zoom Launcher.

Note Zoom Launcher position on the screen depends on the browser in which you open the Zoom link.

When Zoom installation is completed, the connection will be established automatically.

  • Click Join Audio by Computer.

If you need to show your screen to our specialist, click the Share Screen icon, click Desktop, and then click the Share Screen button.

Tip If you cannot find the Zoom screen, you can restore it by clicking the Zoom icon at the bottom.

New Features

  • Service Requests: accepting and declining service requests and appointments
  • Order Monitor: phase Check Out / Check In changes
  • Service Requests: the action list has been replaced by the screen with action icons
  • Work Orders: hiding the Total Sale field from the Summary screen

Improvements

  • The “More” icon, which opens a list of custom actions, has been added to the service request actions.
  • On the invoice Summary screen, the fee is shown both in the service list and below the service list, while discount is shown only below the service list.

Fixed Issues

  • When printing invoices to a local Brother printer, the subtotal, the discount, and the total values did not mathematically match.
  • In the ReconPro HD version, a big price of bundle service items was not shown in full for work orders.
  • The Approve icon was still shown after approving inspection.
  • It was not possible to save a work order if bundle service price was hidden.
  • On the invoice Summary screen, the [VehiclePartName] tag was shown instead of the actual name of the appropriate vehicle part.
  • On the invoice Summary screen, the [OrderTechnician] tag was shown instead of the actual name of the appropriate technician.
  • While creating a work order it was not possible to enter three or more digits before the decimal point in the Total Sale field, if the service amount had only two digits before the decimal point.
  • It was impossible to change services status on mobile device when the “Do Not Track Individual Service  Statuses” option is ON, while the “Start Service Required” is OFF in the phase settings of the Back Office application.

New Features

  • Work Orders: technician split by service types
  • Work Orders: showing vehicle parts for technician split by service types and on the Tech Revenue screen
  • Settings: deleting images to free up mobile device storage
  • The new “More” icon has been added to the action list of team inspections, team work orders, and team invoices.

Improvements

  • All selected vehicle parts are shown on the service Details screen of inspections and work orders.
  • Mobile device users with the Inspector role can now approve work orders and inspections.
  • According to the price policy, service bundle items are now struck through and excluded from work order total amount.

Fixed Issues

  • There were issues with calculating price and discount of services with vehicle price policy and multiple vehicle parts.
  • Tech code was shown on the invoice Summary screen.
  • There were confusing messages about license termination and suspension.
  • In some cases the ReconPro HD version stopped responding after creating a work order from inspection and opening bundle service details on the Services screen.
  • In some cases the ReconPro HD version stopped responding after putting the damage on the edge of the visual inspection screen.
  • In the ReconPro HD version, required damages were not hidden from the visual inspection screen.
  • There were issues with the Check In actions in service requests.

Known Issues

  • It is impossible to change services status on mobile device when the “Do Not Track Individual Service Statuses” option is ON, while the “Start Service Required” is OFF in the phase settings of the Back Office application.
