Release Notes – ReconPro iOS Client 2.9.2

New Features

  • Service Requests: accepting and declining service requests and appointments
  • Order Monitor: phase Check Out / Check In changes
  • Service Requests: the action list has been replaced by the screen with action icons
  • Work Orders: hiding the Total Sale field from the Summary screen

Improvements

  • The “More” icon, which opens a list of custom actions, has been added to the service request actions.
  • On the invoice Summary screen, the fee is shown both in the service list and below the service list, while discount is shown only below the service list.

Fixed Issues

  • When printing invoices to a local Brother printer, the subtotal, the discount, and the total values did not mathematically match.
  • In the ReconPro HD version, a big price of bundle service items was not shown in full for work orders.
  • The Approve icon was still shown after approving inspection.
  • It was not possible to save a work order if bundle service price was hidden.
  • On the invoice Summary screen, the [VehiclePartName] tag was shown instead of the actual name of the appropriate vehicle part.
  • On the invoice Summary screen, the [OrderTechnician] tag was shown instead of the actual name of the appropriate technician.
  • While creating a work order it was not possible to enter three or more digits before the decimal point in the Total Sale field, if the service amount had only two digits before the decimal point.
  • It was impossible to change services status on mobile device when the “Do Not Track Individual Service  Statuses” option is ON, while the “Start Service Required” is OFF in the phase settings of the Back Office application.
