Release Notes – ReconPro iOS Client 2.9.7

New Features

  • Order Monitor: users with the Manager role got access to repair order services of different teams.
  • Order Monitor: the My Work filter has been added.

Improvements

  • Inspection services of the Percentage price type are approved automatically.
  • Existing Make, Model, and Year are replaced or erased on the Vehicle screen when a VIN has been entered.

Fixed Issues

  • In some cases after assigning a different technician to work order service, the previously assigned technician was shown on invoice printout.

New Features

  • Team Work Orders: new filter options have been added
  • Questions Section: some enhancements have been implemented

Improvements

  • Now if Phase Enforcement is turned on, users with the Manager role can still edit repair order services that belong to not active phase.
  • Now when you update text notes in team work orders, team inspections, and team invoices, the text notes are automatically updated for the same entities that are shown on the My Work Orders, My Inspections, and My Invoices screens.

Fixed Issues

  • When selecting a bundle service for a work order, not all bundle items were shown in the list.
  • After removing a price matrix service from an inspection, the removed service was still shown on the Approve screen.
  • The amount of selected price matrix service was not added correctly to the total price of inspection.
  • Incorrect information was shown in the error message about problems with sending team invoice to the Back Office application.

New Features

  • The Notes action has been added to service requests, team inspections, team work orders, and team invoices.
  • Inspections/Work Orders: showing service question section depending on service price policy.

Improvements

  • Showing warning message while adding customers with the same name.
  • The limitation for the Free Text question type has been extended to 256 characters.

Fixed Issues

  • There were issues with the layout of the inspection Visual Interior screen in the ReconPro version.
  • When adding a retail customer from Canada, the California, US location was shown in the ReconPro HD version.
  • Service with subservice was not shown correctly on the invoice printout.
  • Some fields like phone number and email address were not shown correctly on the inspection printout.
  • In ReconPro HD version after user was automatically logged out from the invoice Summary screen the toolbar icons were not shown.
