How to join a Zoom meeting

AMT customer service department uses Zoom to provide real time assistance. In most cases we will send you a Zoom link by email or in any other way. Here is a step-by-step guide on how to join the meeting.

  • Click the Zoom link to open it in the default browser.

If Zoom is not installed on your computer or device, Zoom download will either start automatically…

…or you will be prompted to click Save File to download Zoom.

  • After Zoom has been downloaded, click Zoom Launcher.

Note Zoom Launcher position on the screen depends on the browser in which you open the Zoom link.

When Zoom installation is completed, the connection will be established automatically.

  • Click Join Audio by Computer.

If you need to show your screen to our specialist, click the Share Screen icon, click Desktop, and then click the Share Screen button.

Tip If you cannot find the Zoom screen, you can restore it by clicking the Zoom icon at the bottom.

New Security Update

AutomobileTechnologies is pleased to announce a significant enhancement in our User’s information security.  Ultimately, this change will link your log-in credentials for ReconPro to your User accounts with other systems such as our billing platform and support portal.  Initially, we need to make sure Back Office credentials match our new criteria.

The main difference for end users will be the requirement for ALL users (both internal and external to your organization) to use an email address for log-in Username.  If you are receiveing this email, it is because your log-in is not your email address.  AutoMobileTechnologies will update your log-in to your email address on November 23rd.

New Group Training Class Schedule

Effective August 1st, 2014 AutoMobile Technologies is expanding our live training sessions to better accommodate various schedules across all time zones.

Training sessions will be open for 4 hours, twice a week. You obviously do not need to attend for the full 4 hour block, but support staff will be standing by if you would like to join.
