Mark a client service as required to have them added automatically, associate custom vehicle parts with default vehicle parts assigned to car view panels

- Client’s area is now used instead of team’s area on the Technician Commissions page in the Vendor Bills section.
- Commissions calculation algorithms have been improved to cover a longer period within which invoice work orders were created.
