Release Notes – ReconPro iOS Client 2.9.0

New Features

  • Inspections: grouping services by types and vehicle parts
  • Service Requests: showing owner on the Summary screen

Improvements

  • When you add a bundle service with assigned vehicle parts to a work order, the name of assigned vehicle part is now shown on each bundle service item.
  • When you add a service with assigned vehicle part to a work order or an inspection, the name of assigned vehicle part is shown on the service.
  • Strikethrough formatting is applied to service amount excluded from the total amount on the inspection Approve screen, work order Summary (ReconPro HD version) and Order Monitor screens.
  • Strikethrough formatting is applied to service amount excluded from the total amount on the inspection Service screen and work order Services screens.
  • In the ReconPro HD version, on the work order Summary screen, the Total Sale field, the Notes button, and the Notes section have been added.
  • Now you can assign a vehicle part to the damage on the Visual screen.

Fixed Issues

  • In the ReconPro HD version, inspection did not disappear from the screen after archiving.
  • In the ReconPro HD version, on the Vehicle screen, the search disappeared after tapping the Advisors list.
  • In the ReconPro HD version, the Assign icon was not shown for inspections of inspection type with the Direct Assignment sharing setting.
  • There were intermittent crashes that happened due to a memory management issue.
  • It was impossible to save a work order with a big value in the Total Sale field.

Known Issues

  • It is impossible to change services status on mobile device when the “Do Not Track Individual Service  Statuses” option is ON, while the “Start Service Required” is OFF in the phase settings of the Back Office application.
