Fixed Issues

Improvements

  • The “More” icon, which opens a list of custom actions, has been added to the service request actions.

Fixed Issues

  • When printing invoices to a local Brother printer, the subtotal, the discount, and the total values did not mathematically match.
  • In the ReconPro HD version, a big price of bundle service items was not shown in full for work orders.
  • The Approve icon was still shown after approving inspection.
  • It was not possible to save a work order if bundle service price was hidden.
  • On the invoice Summary screen, the [VehiclePartName] tag was shown instead of the actual name of the appropriate vehicle part.
  • On the invoice Summary screen, the [OrderTechnician] tag was shown instead of the actual name of the appropriate technician.
  • While creating a work order it was not possible to enter three or more digits before the decimal point in the Total Sale field, if the service amount had only two digits before the decimal point.

Improvements

  • When you add a bundle service with assigned vehicle parts to a work order, the name of assigned vehicle part is now shown on each bundle service item.
  • When you add a service with assigned vehicle part to a work order or an inspection, the name of assigned vehicle part is shown on the service.
  • Strikethrough formatting is applied to service amount excluded from the total amount on the inspection Approve screen, work order Summary (ReconPro HD version) and Order Monitor screens.
  • Strikethrough formatting is applied to service amount excluded from the total amount on the inspection Service screen and work order Services screens.
  • In the ReconPro HD version, on the work order Summary screen, the Total Sale field, the Notes button, and the Notes section have been added.

  • There were intermittent crashes that happened due to a memory management issue.

  • Multi-Select Mode for Team Inspections and Team Invoices

Improvements

  • Now you cannot create retail customers with empty names.
  • When you copy an inspection with notes, the notes are also copied.
  • Non-default technicians are now saved in the work order services of price matrix type.
  • Employees that are assigned only to the Inspector role can see the My Inspections, Team Inspections, My Work Orders, and Team Work Orders options on the Home screen.
  • If no question section is selected in the settings of a service with multiple vehicle parts, while adding this service to inspection, all service items are saved at once (no need to save each service item separately).

Fixed Issues

  • There was an issue with saving final inspections created from service requests.
  • Service that requires selecting not multiple vehicle part was added to work order twice.
  • There was an issue with showing a picture taken for a question section of the image type.
  • In some cases invoices created on mobile device were not sent to the Back office application and for that reason were not shown on the Team Invoices on mobile device.

Improvements

  • If the database was not downloaded automatically after installation of the ReconPro update, users can download the database afterwards (there is no need to reinstall the whole app any more).
  • In the ReconPro HD version, when saving an inspection with declined services, user selects a status reason at first and after that draws the signature (the same way as it is in the ReconPro version).

Fixed Issues

  • In some cases when adding a service associated with vehicle parts, duplicate service items were added to the work order.
  • In the ReconPro HD version, after saving a service associated with vehicle parts, not all service items were added to the work order.
  • There was an issue with sending invoices to remote printer; print documents were queued, but not printed.
  • When printing an invoice with service items to a local Brother printer, incorrect total amount was shown in the service line.

Improvements

  • When you add an inspection service with multiple vehicle parts, service detail screen of each vehicle part is shown in the same order as they are shown in the vehicle parts list.
  • Static size of the Claim Info screen and the Vehicle screen has been implemented in the ReconPro HD version.
  • If no service request type is available for a customer, appropriate warning message appears when you tap this customer while creating a service request.
  • If all inspection services are declined or skipped while approving, the inspection is saved as declined.

Fixed Issues

  • Tech codes were not shown on the invoice Summary screen for the Bundle and Fee Bundle services.
  • Captions of the Questions screens were not shown in the Steps section.
  • While typing the VIN on the Vehicle screen, the VIN field was hidden under the keyboard.
  • There was a rare issue with sending invoices from mobile device to the Back Office application.

Improvements

  • Now when you print several invoices, inspections, or work orders via remote printer, you don’t have to wait until each document is processed; the process has been moved to the background, so you can continue working with ReconPro.
  • Now final inspection cannot be saved as draft.
  • Now invoices are not saved automatically to avoid problems with invoice duplicate numbers and let users create multiple invoices from the same work order.

Fixed Issues

  • In some cases when invoice was created from automatically created work order, the invoice Summary screen was empty.
  • On the Order Monitor screen, the Duration field of completed services was empty.
  • Some gross values on the invoice Summary screen were not rounded.
  • Final inspections approved on the Team Inspections screen were shown as not approved on the My Inspections screen.
  • In some cases on the invoice Summary screen there were no services of the work order from which the invoice was created.
  • Information about technicians assigned to work order services was not saved in the database.
  • Not all selected services were shown on the service request Summary screen of the ReconPro version (there was no issue in the ReconPro HD version).

Improvements

  • The process of saving the last invoice number has been improved to avoid the problem of invoice number duplication.
  • Custom image generation for inspection printing has been improved, so now the damage marks are visible clearly on big images scaled down for printouts.
  • When calculating the amount that extends to 0.005, the money values round up, not down as before, for example, 1.665 rounds to 1.67

Fixed Issues

  • Invoices with the same local number were created from different work order.
  • Hidden price was shown on the Team Work Orders screen.
  • After changing a technician’s zone in the Back Office application, and updating the Main database on mobile device, the device login list was not updated.
  • There were crashes caused by remote printing issue.
  • There were crashes that happened while adding a service request of the type that denies adding service requests on mobile devices.
  • There were intermittent crashes that happened when trying to print from the Recent Prints on the Settings screen.
  • Warning message “Invoice PO# shouldn’t be empty” was not shown after deleting PO# in the Change PO# dialog.
  • When printing an invoice via online printing, the PDF file with incorrect technician information was generated.
