Add new service requests and specify their details, add services to service requests multiple times if the ‘Multiple’ setting is enabled for these services
- Create service requests
- Adding the same service to service request multiple times
- Users with the ‘Team Work Manager’ and ‘Team Administrator’ roles are provided with the appropriate access to parts management
- Repair order notes are visible to users with the ‘Team Work Manager’, ‘Team Administrator’, and ‘Area Administrator’ roles
- The value format for currency and quantity inputs has been unified throughout the application
